We have been working for weeks here with Pete G. and months trying to help and save our seahorses. The GBS is severe. We have tried every local vet, our personal Dr, called aquariums, called the two on the west coast marine vets. None will give us a prescription for Diamox. I even tried to guilt and point out if they won’t help our seahorses will die-I was and am willing to pay of course. The aquatic Vet did say I could fly up with the horse which was…..not nice either.
Anyway…..if anyone has Diamox they would sell us…please reply!
We have tried Canadian pharmacies, but nothing without a prescription. The GBS has advanced into a bad bacterial infection and we now have them in a hospital tank working on the infection…….but this will not remedy he GBS. I will follow up with some of the correspondence with Pete from this site, who as been guiding us in our efforts to save our 5 infected males.
Any assistance sincerely appreciated as we work to save our pets…..

…..anyone….please help. We have had our seahorse only tank up and running almost 3 years and now have been bombed with GBS. we have lost 5. We have 7 remaining and really need an assist with Diamox to save them. The Vets in CA won’t treat a seahorse ….. afraid we will sue or something. Please help. We will of course pay for med and shipping, and keep anonymous …. please reply or PM
