Yes, of course, Hippocampus erectus are without a doubt the most widely kept seahorses in the USA because they are now highly domesticated and supremely well adapted for aquarium conditions.

In fact, Mustangs, lemon yellow Sunbursts, orange Sunbursts, and Pintos are all different color morphs of Hippocampus erectus seahorses developed by Ocean Rider after decades of selective breeding.
