Hi Jann,,
I can help you with some of your questions,yes you can have a wave maker but you need to cover it(other wise the sh tail will get trapped).Please dont leave the top on the tank(something to do with gases).
You can have some corals but only ones that can not sting the sh.
Im not sure but i think that you may only have one pair of sh because of the size of your tank.You will also need to cover your heater as the sh can burn themselves if they go on it.
