Thank you Pete!
A already have the syringe needed and some jumbo mysis to inject meds if I need to. My ponies also are hand fed when I can take the time to do it. So oral meds aren’t a problem from what I can see.
My vet has already called in a prescription for acetazolamide to to my local pharmacy for "Dennis The Seahorse" and I can pick it up in the AM. He understands my knowledge of critters from equines to amphibians/reptiles and now my love for marine and other exotic critters and trusts me when I need something. I live 100 miles from the nearest traffic light, so I don’t have many vets in my area. He is a wonderful man! Now for my research on how much and how often to give Dennis his meds.
Again, thank you for your help!
