Pete — again thank you for your help. You asked about the parameters of my Seahorse tank. As mentioned in my previous mail . . . I have a 56 gallon driven by a 500 (per gallon) pump; Filtered Activated Carbon & Poly-filter; Seachem’s purigen resin filter and a protein skimmer running constantly. We just checked the water parameters several days ago, after I had used the Joe’s Juice, and they were: Amonia – 0; No2 Nitrate – 0; Ph – 8.3; KH-8 and the nitrates were low — well withing the normal range. My Brazilian is still curling his tail around and still a bit abnormal but did eat this morning. My Barbouri seems normal as does my Janus pipefish. The brazilian is not breathing heavily or appear to be in respitory distress. I am having some work done in my house that at times can be a bit noisy but it is well contained behind floor to ceiling plastic sheeting. I will purchase some peppermint shrimp and not use t he Joe’s Juice again. Hopefully I will be able to pull my guy through whatever ail’s him. Have a wonderful day.
