Yes, I would put the stallion and his current mate (Maxine) in the same shipping bag, but give Olivia a separate shipping bag of her own. I think it’s better to separate the threesome temporarily than it would be to send all three seahorses across country in the same shipping bag.
Play it safe and keep Maxine and your pregnant male together, but give the rest of the ponies separate shipping bags. No doubt they will be back on good terms again after they are all reunited in the same tank.
