Before the little guy gives birth, I would like to know what really goes into raising fry. I already know the basics but I want to know more to ensure more fry to live to adulthood. I have a 5 g aacrilic hexagon tank for them when they are first born then once they are bigger and stronger I have a 15g as a grow out tank then the surviving ponies can live with their parents in the 30g. But I have a different solution that I think would less labor insensive, just put up a tank divider. Would that work? Also I have heard many ways to decapsulate brine eggs, which way is right? Also since I’m getting some reidis next week (even though they wont breed for a while) how long do they have to have rotifers? Also would I have a higher fry survival rate if I start the erectus fry with rotifers? ( I found them pretty cheap for 9$) I’m not telling the web site because they also sell seahorses and I don’t want OR to lose $. Well just tell me all you know about raising fry.
Thanks
