Hi Haynes,
The Orchid Dottyback should be just fine. They are the only Dottyback to be considered for a seahorse corral. They are a much more passive fish than their relatives. OR is working with them I believe but they are not available yet and do not know when they will be.
http://www.inlandaquatics.com has them available singly as well as in pairs.
I am not familiar with a Bumblee Shrimp?
Do you have a link to a photo or the species name?
I think if it is to small you take your chances unless it is reclusive and then IMO why bother if you will never see it. You could try placing it in the tank in the eveining after the lights have gone out. My ORs have never been interested in ornamental shrimp. That is certianly no quarantee.
HTH,
Leslie
