We live along the atlantic coast. The water here is teeming with micro-life. Would it be possible to use the local water as a source of the micro food for the fry? The water here is about 80 degrees. Could we just rasie the fry in our local water? Would a ten gallon tank and an airstone work if I made frequent water changes. How many fry are we talking about in one brood. How long would it take untill the young were able to eat a commercially available food? I am thinking about buying the pair from her, because she does not think she will be able to raise the fry. Could I keep them with my sunbursts? I really had my heart set on another pair of erectus, but mine aren’t breeding, and I would like to giive that a try. Would it be possible to keep 3 pair of seahorses in my 45 if I stepped up my filtration? Thanks for all of your help.
