When I had a seahorse we would load up the 20 gal tank with red volcano shrimp if it was going to be over a weekend. Anything longer we’d get the neighbor boy to come and feed daily, and check on the other animals as well.

Do not buy wild caught. You may end up spending a fortune to feed them, because some will never make the transition to frozen foods. Live foods are expensive.
