When it comes to hitching posts, I have found that bright red, orange, and yellow generally work well for keeping seahorses looking their best and brightest. I’m not sure if that applies to aquarium backgroundstoo or not, but don’t hesitate to experiment until you find the right color combination that works for your seahorses.
