Excellent! I’m very happy to hear that your female is doing so well and has managed overcome the difficulty with positive buoyancy. I think you handled the situation very well and she should soon be back to normal, none the worse for wear.
However, I would still jump at the chance to acquire some of the acetazolamide (brand name Diamox) from your veterinarian because it can be difficult to obtain and is a very useful medication for the seahorse keeper to keep on hand in his or her fishroom medicine cabinet.
