I have found with my seahorses that the best Mysis are from San Fransisco Bay……for some reason my male loves them, while he didnt so much the Hikari brand….
I think the SanFran is easier to defrost being you can get it in thinner sheets instead of cubes and it stays together with larger juicier looking shrimp and they chase them down fast……….I also add some Vibrance which you can get here, and Selcon/Garlic/etc………they eat it all up and a variety of supplements as with saltwater fish is good.
Anyway good luck with your horses…….hopefully they get hungry enough and take a bite, from there it should be smooth sailing. BTW when one of mine wouldnt eat anything but live, the red shrimp sold here and enriched clean brine I have found can also hold them over if your "horse" will only eat live foods until they take the Mysis…
