I am sorry to hear about the difficulty you have been having placing your order. I can only speculate about why you may be having a problem getting past the first step in the ordering process, but I suspect that it may be because you have not registered properly. There is sometimes confusion on this point because registering for the Ocean Rider Club is an entirely different process than registering to Shop On-Line, so I would suggest going back and going through the Shop On-Line registration process to make sure you are signed up properly before you place an order, tokidoki.
Important Note: The Ocean Rider Club Membership is a different registration process than the Shop On-Line registration process. These are two separate and distinct features of the seahorse.com site.
If you go to the following webpage on the Ocean Rider website, you will find a link for the Shop On-Line registration process. Just click on that link and follow the registration process through, and everything should go smoothly when you place your order. To find the proper link, copy the following URL (i.e., everything within the angle brackets), paste it in your web browser, and then press the "Enter" key, and it will take you to the right page to register for shopping online:
If you still have any difficulties, then you may want to complete the ordering process by phoning your order in, tokidoki. For instance, you may call in your credit card number to our secure line if you wish at 1-(808) 329-6840.
