My 4 new horses are making themselves at home and I\’m trying to train them to go to the feeding station. We\’re still working on that. The male that was pregnant seems a little lethargic and less willing to reach for any food unless it\’s a live shrimp. Then he moves!
Anyway, I know they are still trying to get used to the tank, but it seems that each has chosen a hitching post that they like and they pretty much just stay there, the thing is that they are all at opposite corners of the tank. They hardly ever hang out together, is this normal? I ordered a leather finger that has tons of fingers and I\’m hoping they will all enjoy hitching to that together when it comes. It\’s fairly large and there\’s room for a herd of horses! It\’s blueish green in color. The mates that had the brood on Friday haven\’t started any courtship or anything yet. I guess I\’m just wondering if this is all pretty normal or if it is something to worry about. Thoughts?
