email: [email protected][/color]Pete did you change publishers on us?;) If Pete spent more time writing his book and less time responding to us. We would all have our copies by now. Instead we can print out all the pages here and have his vast knowledge at our fingertips anytime. I personally dont want to rush him. That slows down the answers I need today for the book I want tomorrow.
